Visit Wells-Next-The-Sea, a friendly seaside location offering simple yet quality accommodation with lots to do nearby. Set within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this property is a great spot for those looking to book a large family or group holiday by the beach. Converted from a church hall, with nine bedrooms over two floors, the property can accommodate up to 31 guests.
You'll have exclusive use of the building. On the ground floor, the first of three lounge areas with TV, comfy sofas, chairs, and coffee tables. There's a separate smaller lounge/family room with sofas, or you can relax in the ‘coffee lounge’ adjacent to the former reception, perfect for those visiting with younger guests or teens. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, includes a range of conveniences for an easy self-catered stay, fitted with two ovens, hobs, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine and freezer. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen can comfortably sit up to 25 for an evening meal. Fancy a meal out? There are lots of good places to eat and drink in Wells itself!

The location in Wells is perfect. Nice and quiet but a five minute walk to everything you need. Great usable space for large groups and super responsive, helpful hosts. Thank you.
