The bungalow boasts a spacious living area, with large corner electric recliner sofa, flatscreen TV, log burner and Wi-Fi to retreat at the end of a sightseeing day. You can cook up a feast in the recently renovated kitchen/diner, well equipped with American style fridge/freezer and full oven/hob ideal for those special family occasions. A separate utility area is just off the kitchen, with washer/dryer, microwave and pantry.
Guests can enjoy a patio and lawned garden outside for dining alfresco in the summer sun. With driveway parking available for two vehicles, this is the perfect base from which to explore Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area.

On property in my view you can’t. Maybe a loo roll for when you first arrive and a small welcome pack even if only pint of milk. We were given this first time round but not this time. The grass area was neat but it would be much more welcoming if weesee more

The only disappointing things were that the grass hadn't been cut and the weeds were up to our knees, and both wheelie bins were overflowing when we arrived, and every morning there would be rubbish all over the place where the wildlife had dragged isee more
The only disappointing things were that the grass hadn't been cut and the weeds were up to our knees, and both wheelie bins were overflowing when we arrived, and every morning there would be rubbish all over the place where the wildlife had dragged it all out, so had to clean it up every time. Luckily we caught the bin men on the Wednesday which was recycling day so we popped the bin at the end of the road and so it was emptied. It might be a good idea to pop a sign in the house asking for the bin to be put out.

This bungalow is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. It was minutes from the beach and a 5 minute walk into Hemsby. The bungalow itself was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need, a fully fitted kitchen, large american fridge freesee more
This bungalow is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. It was minutes from the beach and a 5 minute walk into Hemsby. The bungalow itself was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need, a fully fitted kitchen, large american fridge freezer, pantry, utility room with washer and dryer, microwave and more. The beds were comfortable and the wet room was great for my elderly mum and the children, I personaly loved the roll top bath. The garden was a great size and had patio furniture for outdoor dining. It is also dog friendly and had free Wifi. Great Yarmouth was a 15 minute car journey and Wroxham was 40 minute car journey to pick up a boat trip. We will definately be booking for next year. I would 100% recommend this hidden gem.

What a fabulous property. Although surrounded by other properties you are totally private not over looked. Very peaceful. The grass was rather long on arrival but one call to company and dealt with within hour so no issues at all. Very warm and cosy see more

Fresh milk biscuits and tea coffee on arrival. I loved this home everything I would like for myself. Our dog loved the large garden too. Although no see views you could hear it especially at night which was calming.
