Step through the arched doorway into a spacious ground floor hallway and utility room. Here, you'll find two boutique bedrooms, each thoughtfully adorned with imaginative and luxurious touches. The master bedroom showcases a lavish king-size bed, a French door leading to a Juliet balcony, and an elegant en suite with a contemporary walk-in shower. The second double bedroom mirrors this sophistication, with an adjacent shower room for convenience. An additional single room is available upon request only, suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Ascend the spiral staircase to 'The Captain’s Galley,' an open-plan living space on the first floor. Adorned with a charming nautical theme, this area offers an excellent space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Miele appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, breakfast bar, integrated Miele combination oven, steam oven, and fridge/freezer. The dining area features a large round table surrounded by comfortable padded seating, or guests can unwind in the lounge with a TV and DVD player.
An annual parking pass for one car is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park, just a 5-7 minutes’ walk away (subject to available spaces).
