• 50 inch TV with Sky Q and Sky Sports
• 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, one of which is the master suite, with oval bath and separate shower, downstairs loo/shower room (please see layouts above for room configurations)

• Games room with 50 inch TV, with Sky Q and Sky Sports
Outdoors
• Suntrap seating area in your own private south facing courtyard, accessed straight out from the entertaining kitchen.
• Large Gas BBQ
• Covered, heated pool

• 2 Children's play areas, one with sunken trampoline
• 2 acres of lawns
• Ample parking for up to 8 cars

We do not recommend low slung sports cars on the driveway which is long and steep and in winter we recommend a good 4x4.
