The living room is furnished with a 3-piece suite for 6, coffee tables, Freeview TV, and a complimentary wood-burning stove. The hallway leads to a charming outdoor haven complete with a table for 6.
The first bedroom features an en-suite shower room, a king-size bed, a single bed, a dressing table, an ottoman, bedside cabinets, and a TV. The second bedroom echoes the same grandeur, with a king-size bed, a single bed, a dressing table, an ottoman, bedside cabinets, and a TV. The family bathroom boasts slate tile flooring and an over-bath shower.
Outside, the enclosed garden, featuring patio furniture, a gas barbecue and six-seater hot tub, where each soak unveils a panorama of breathtaking views.
Bed linen and towels are included, plus a travel cot, a high chair, and a stair gate for the little ones. Please note that smoking is not permitted onsite.

Cottage is fabulous, everything you need and more, beautiful place to stay. Evan was a perfect host and made us feel really welcome. Our little baby, Delilah has enjoyed watching the birds every morning. Fantastic beaches and plenty of walks you can see more

We have all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving, hopefully the future holds another visit.

Weather treated us well, but very cold Sunday ( would have thought it was winter). Visited our regular places and a trip up to Anglesey to visit Peter’s cousin. Jess, our elderly border collie, was immediately at home on arrival and enjoyed our shortsee more

Evan is always so welcoming and such a lovely man. Blake is walking this year and has thoroughly enjoyed playing in the garden and helping Evan to water the plants. We will be definitely be back next year for our annual holiday to Aberystwyth.

We enjoyed exploring the beaches, especially Barmouth. We really enjoyed the hot tub and Evan was very friendly. We would highly recommend the location and love to come back again.

We found it to be beautiful, relaxing and safe for the children. The cottage itself is spacious and very well equipped. The kids loved the hot tub, the highlight for us was waking the kids in the middle of the night so they could see their first shoosee more

We came for a four nights, a quick break to see our good friend Evan and daughter Glenys who visited from America. Always lovely to see Evan who is a perfect host and gentleman. See you in October.
