Secluded in a rural position, just half a mile from the picturesque village of St Keverne on the Lizard Peninsula, this cottage offers an idyllic escape.
Located all on the ground floor, enter the property into the sitting room, featuring a wood burner which creates a warm and inviting ambience. Entertainment options include a TV featuring Freeview, a DVD player, and video. A curated selection of books and videos are also available.
The kitchen, with its breakfast area, is a culinary haven equipped with modern conveniences, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. It's a perfect space to savour the joy of cooking. The adjacent dining area is also a charming space to enjoy meals and create lasting memories.
Escape to the double bedroom, where you can unwind at night after a day of adventure or relaxation. You'll find one bathroom, adorned with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC.
Swallows includes shared access to a 2-acre rear garden with furniture - a perfect spot to escape amidst nature, while the patio garden provides a serene outdoor space. One well-behaved pet is warmly welcomed, with off-road parking for one car included. Car charging is strictly prohibited at this property.

The house has a lot of charm and a beautiful and quiet garden. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, you can have breakfast in the garden and is visited by a nice cat :-) Everything is a bit rustic. You can quickly reach the surrounding villasee more

The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, you can have breakfast in the garden and is visited by a nice cat :-) Everything is a bit rustic. You can quickly reach the surrounding villages of CoverackCadgwith, and you can shop in Helston. The surroundings are beautiful, and sights like St. Michael's mounts are easily accessible. Tip: Take the small ferry from Helford across the Helford River and walk to the south entrance of Glendurgan GardensTrebah. A National Trust Touring Pass is highly recommended to save a lot of entrance fees.
