Tides is one of Newquay's finest holiday properties with its stunning beach views, contemporary furnishings and private parking. This luxury first floor apartment sleeps four adults in two bedrooms with an extra sofabed in the living room for children. It's a perfect location for families and couples to enjoy all that Newquay's beaches and attractions has to offer.
Walking in to the apartment guests will sense the luxury with the high ceilings and large balcony doors of the living room which let the coastal light pour in. The living/dining room is large and spacious, and comfortably seats six. Guests will enjoy the contemporary furnishings and tasteful touches, whilst relaxing with views across the harbour and open seas.
The bedrooms comprise one ensuite master with a king-sized bed, and one twin room. Both bedrooms have luxury linens and wonderful sea views.
The contemporary kitchen has all the amenities guests require for a self catering stay, with the added bonus of a coffee machine. It has all the equipment to cook up a feast and the integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher may come in handy too.
The views of Harbour Beach from the balcony at Tides is what guests may enjoy the most. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine, watching the tide rise and fall over the sand.
Tides has private, off-road parking for one car and is no smoking throughout. The apartment is not suitable for pets, and can not be accommodated. Please note the apartment is located on the first floor, and stairs are required to access the property.

Could do with more than one tea towel, shower mats needed and the central heating instructions need to be included in the information folder.
It would be great to have bathrobes and throws for the sofas. Would be useful to have a doormat for the see more

Also a doorstop for the front door would be useful to stop door banging against the wall. The doorstop in the bathroom nearest front door is too restrictive... you expect the door to open fully but it catches you out stopping halfway. Would be nice to have something to step on up to the balcony. |

Sofas very uncomfortable especially the sofa bed cushions kept slipping off. Main bedroom very small. No vacuumbroom to clean the floorany cleaning products to wipe surfaces in the kitchen / bathroom. Could do with more wine glasses only 3 .

We had 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for a week.At £2000 a week I find this really really rubbish!
Used tissues under sofa and windows and glass on the balcony filthy .
Also we had really noisy neighbours in the apartment below which kept us up untilsee more

Anschliessend gingen wir am Strand spazieren. Zum Fristal Beach gingen wir am Abend für den Sonnenuntergang. Zu Fuss ca. 15min.

We had a wonderful time at Tides. It was a beautiful large apartment, with a big spacious lounge and very large up to date kitchen area, very well equipped. It has wonderful views overlooking beach and harbour and a short walk to a lovely friendly pub and eating places. Newquay is pretty central to other areas in Cornwall and a must visit, if you can to the Minack Theatre which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Wonderfully comfortable with the most amazing view and centrally located to enjoy quiet walks down to the Headland and beaches as well as close enough to shops and cafes. Very well equipped. A real home away from home. Hope to visit again.
