The place is very nice and you feel like a local, the area where the apartment is feels safe and we always walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big.

They don't offer you anything to watch on TV, you have to enter your Netflix account, there is a manual where it literally tells you not to look for them unless it is an emergency and they list what for them is an emergency, I asked the host if he knsee more

I couldn’t find any tea towels.
There was a mouse in the kitchen that ate our Harrods bakery bread :(

I had a great weekend at this house, easy to find and get in. The house is very stylish and will be perfect for a group of 4-5. Close to everything in a very "London" cobble street.

Some aspects to improve: having some kitchen essentials ( matches, cooking oil, salt, pepper ) and a bit faster replies. Otherwise no bad comments can be made, recommend!

The beds are too low/ they are awful.
The bathrooms in the basement are ok but the baths were not attractive and the smell was dank and musty. Our kids would not take a bath in the tubs.
There is no AC in this house. Most other houses in the Mesee more

The house was amazing, and the location was ideal. Situated right in the heart of Kensington, it’s just a short walk to Harrods and the Museum of Nature. Plus, there are some incredible little restaurants nearby.
