The kitchen in particular was not very clean, sticky surfaces, dirty cupboards. Moldy joints in the sink. For 2 adults only 1 small and 2 large towels for 11 nights. My request for additional towels was rejected, should have been booked as an additiosee more

My request for additional towels was rejected, should have been booked as an additional service when booking. However, the booking only generally states that towels are provided. There is no functioning vacuum cleaner. The floor nozzle is broken and cannot be used effectively in any other way. No response from the landlord on this matter. Missing parking disc for the parking spaces on the street (according to the documents, this should actually be provided on site). No response from the landlord on this matter.

We stayed at Apartment 2, The Regency, 61a East Parade, Harrogate for 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment is a recently refurbished flat in a grand old period house. The apartment was perfect, spotless and clean and comfortable with an excellent range of amenities. The location is central and mere minutes walk to the town centre. Parking is restricted weekdays but parking disks which allow for a maximum 3 hrs parking in any one day can be picked up from newsagents. However, if you drive a hundred yardsso to the end of the street, parking is unrestricted and it is five minutes walk back to the apartment. It would have been useful to know this. I would use this property again if back in Harrogate. We loved it, we loved Harrogate and we loved the people too.
